WHAT JOBS ARE OUT THERE FOR PEOPLE WHO STUDY LANGUAGE PRACTICE?

hey there!

As someone who is studying for a diploma in language practice I did not know what language practice was about I am sure some of you can relate to that . I now know what language practice is about but the other problem is that I did not know what jobs are there for people who study language practice so I  did my research.

there are  jobs like:

  •   A LIBRARIAN

as a librarian you can be employed in school, private a public library , museums.

  • A SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER

  • AUDIO DESCRIPTION
They create subtitles or audio-described material for commercial and educational television programs and films, work in entertainment media , corporate communication and education contexts .

(A VOICE OVER ARTIST)

They work in the entertainment industry mostly movies and series .

There are many other jobs out there for us like copywriter, blogger, technical writer ,academic linguist, lexicographer journalist even though with journalism you have more learning to do because there are journalist by profession .Language jobs are many but it may be difficult for you to find a job if you only have a diploma you need to further you studies at least have a masters or doctoral degree for better opportunities.

The obvious jobs are that you can be teachers, translators, interpreters, editors, proofreaders, authors. Translators and text editors work for language-service or in public and private sector organizations. Interpreters may work in government institutions such as courts.

I hope this was helpful please let me know in the comment section if they are any jobs that I left out or if  there are some that I mentioned   and you are not sure of.
